This model is a deadlock/deadlatch that provides maximum security for ultra narrow stile aluminum sliding doors. The lock features a self-protecting bolt and adjustable bolt projection.     This deadlock/deadlatch provides maximum security for ultra narrow stile aluminum sliding doors.

    Please note, strike plate, cylinder pull and/or turn are not included with this product and are available for purchase separately.

    Function: This deadlock comes in a choice of seven options:

    • Blank-lock: Rectangular face, 45° hub angle
    • 02-lock: Radius ends, 45° hub angle
    • 06-lock: Radius ends, vertical hub position
    • 09-lock: Radius ends, 22.5° hub angle
    • 10-lock: Rectangular face, 22.5° hub angle
    • 11-latch: Radius ends, 45° hub angle
    • 13-latch: Rectangular face, vertical hub position

    Three hub slot positions allow installation even where the jamb and stile design provide severely limited turn clearance.

    In the self-latching option the bolt is spring loaded for automatic locking, so when the door gets closed and the bolt makes contact with the preparation in the jam it will automatically latch. All dimensions and available accessories are the same for standard lock and self-latching options. 

    Bolt: 

    • Adjustment compensates for considerable misalignment between the door and jamb.
    • Self-protecting bolt prevents damage or accidental lockout by retracting immediately upon contact with the jamb.
    • Designed to withstand approximately one-half ton of either horizontal or vertical force. 
    • Anti-lift bolt stops both door from jamb pry bar attacks and attempts to lift the door from its track.
