Deltana Adjustable Overhead Door Holder

Deltana Adjustable Overhead Holder is recommended for use in medium traffic environments, and is made for single-acting doors. It is simple to install and use on a daily basis. It has Hold-Open function, the degree of the opening can be adjusted up to 110° . It can be Surface or Mortise mounted, and is non-handed and made of solid brass. This is a great option for either wood or metal doors. Available in choice of finish.

Functions: The hold open function provides a selective hold open function with easy to adjust tension. It may be turned on or off.

Returns:

This product can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Item must be in new, resalable condition. A 15% restock fee will be applied.
CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: All claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.
Please call or email us to receive an RMA number before returning. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
Return shipping is customer's responsibility. A return address will be provided with RMA#.
