Falcon 25-M-EO heavy duty exit device with heavy wrought mortise lock case and Exit Only Function. Grade 1 standards, made with extruded aluminum construction to deliver greater strength and impact resistance. Available in a variety of finishes, trims and sizes.

    Falcon Heavy-Duty 25-M-EO Series Exit Device with single point mortise latch type lock for panic and fire-rated applications.

    Options: 

    Finishes: Available in a choice of 9 finishes options: US28, US32D, 313AN, US26D, US26, US32, US10, US4 and US3. 313AN finish will be provided with trims in SP313 finish.

    Length: Choose from 2 size options; for doors 36" (33" device) or 48" wide (45" device.) Device can be easily cut to size on the field. 

    Applications: For high traffic applications including offices, retail, healthcare, churches and educational facilities. Can be used on exterior, interior, new construction and retro-fit applications.

    Design: Sleek architectural design with streamlined touch bar and no exposed screws or rivets on the back of the device. Scratch-resistant stainless steel pushpad cover and flush end caps. Patent pending deadlocking technology built into device. Center case is heavy wrought with sintered metal parts.

    Latchbolt: Top stainless steel, 3/4" throw. Deadlocking latchbolt standard in top latch.

    Mortise Lock: Heavy wrought lock case with investment cast or sintered steel parts. Lock face is forged brass-fits standard cutout. Locks are designed to fit standard ANSI A115.1 preparation for 1 3/4" doors. Deadlocked when auxilary bolt is depressed 5/16".

    Handing: Handing must be specified.

    Door Type: For wood or metal doors.

    Mounting Height: 40 1/4" from centerline to finished floor. For mortise lock prep per ANSI A115. 1-1990. 

    Stile: 4 1/2" minimum

    Projections: 2 3/4" maximum, 2" dogged.

    Strikes: 1279 standard, F1280 and 1281 optional. For fire-rated applications 1279 standard and F1280 optional, B label (1 1/2 hr.)

    Dogging Feature: Half turn hex dogging standard. No threaded parts to wear out. Cylinder dogging available upon request (uses 1 1/8" mortise cylinder with standard cam.)

    Fasteners: All mounting screws are concealed, sheet metal and machine screws standard. On fire-rated applications, all machine screws (AMS) standard. Sexbolts available upon request.

    Installation: Simple to install, All mounting hardware included. See Installation Tab below. 

    UL Listed: "A" label (3 hr.) : 4'0" x 10'0" single doors; 8'0" x 10'0" pair of doors (F-25-M x F-25-V or F-25-C). "B" label (1 1/2hr) with F1280 open back strike.

    ANSI: Certified ANSI A156.3-2001 grade 1 standards.

    Electric Functions: Can be interfaced with building security systems. Latch retraction, FSA/FSE trim, security monitoring, delayed egress and exit alarm available (IL fail-secure only). Subject to code requirements, state and local.
