Falcon B611 Dormitory/Corridor Lock Deadlocking latch bolt by levers except when locked by push button on inside lever. Key in outside lever locks or unlocks outside lever and releases button. Closing door releases push button. Inside lever is always free. Standard B Series Lock is provided with, door thickness 1-3/8" to 2", backset 2-3/4". Options of finishes, lever styles.

Handing: Non-Handed

Lever: Lever trim have individual heavy-duty springs behind rose for lever return and to prevent lever sag. 

Lever Style: Dane or Quantum, choose from options above.

Trim: Trim is through bolted with four (4) screws to provide strength and resistance to loosening.

Rose: Roses are minimum of 3-1/2" diameter.

Material: Parts constructed of brass or cold formed steel, zinc plated and dichromated for rust resistance. Springs are stainless steel.

Screws: Furnished with combination screws for use in wood or metal doors and frames.

Keys: Two, Nickel silver cut keys per lock

Keyway: Falcon G keyway standard on conventional cylinder. "A" Keyway standard for IC-available for purchase through our office. 

Additional Keying Options: Additional keying options and keyways available through our office.

Cylinder / Core: 

• Housing and plugs machined from Solid Brass, Springs are phospor Bronze. 
• 6-Pin Chambers, Keyed 5-Pin, Falcon G keyway, Keyed different (KD), 
• Cylinder assemblies removable to rekey. 
• Drilled with 6-pin chambers, pinned in 5. Pinning in 6 chambers available through our office.

Interchangeable Cores: The B Series accepts these standard 6-pin cylinders: Assa, Kaba, Lori, Medeco, Primus and Schlage. (Can be purchased through our office.)

Additional Cylinder Options: (Can be purchased through our office.)

• Construction Cores
• Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC)

Door Thickness: 1-3/8" to 2"

Backset: 2-3/4" standard. 2-3/8" also available through our office. 

Latch: 

• 1/2" throw-standard. (option of 3/4" projection through our office)
• 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplate.
• 1" housing diameter
• Deadlocking latches have a solid round bar stock DL bar preventing latch jamming and/or lock outs

Strike: 1-1/4" x 4-7/8", ANSI, Square curved lip corner, no box

• Abrasive Strip Levers-to identify entrances that may be hazardous to the handicapped. 

Installation: 

• Lock chassis secured to door by two screws which pass through a steel rose insert inside and thread directly into the outer rose mounting assembly

Compliance Details: 

• All lever designs are solid (no inserts) and meet the federal ADA and state disability requirements
• All locks meet the new ANSI/BHMA A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 2 test requirements for key-in-lever locksets. 
• Locksets are be UL Listed (3 hour A Label)
