Ives 7212 Pivot Hinge Set reduces stress on the frame by distributing the door weight throughout the door and structure. This pivot can be purchased as a pivot set, top pivot or bottom pivot. It is made for heavy doors weighing up to 200 lbs. It has a 3/4" offset and is handed. Available in a variety of finishes.

    This Ives Pivot consists of 7212 top header mount pivot and 7212 bottom jamb mount pivot. It has a vertical adjustment range of 3/16" with a positive locking that allows the installer to precisely position the door and balance the load.

    Material: Made from cast brass

    Available Finishes: Variety of finishes available - Choose from Dropdown above

    Handing: Right / Left Handed - Choose from Dropdown above

    Door Thickness: Minimum 1-3/4" with 1/8" bevel in 2"

    Feature: Vertical adjustment range 3/16", with positive locking

    Additional Options: 7212 Intermediate Pivot - Use one pivot for each 100 lbs. over the pivot set capacity weight. Can be purchased through our office.
