NGP 8533 Latching Panic Exit Threshold  is designed to be used with a surface applied vertical rod exit device and as a door bumper with a seal at the bottom of doors. The thermal break creates a separation to prevent the transfer of outside temperature and frost through the threshold. It has a width of 5.125" with a full height of .5". Available in two aluminum finishes with a choice of seals. Length is custom cut to size.

    • If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.
    • #10 x 1-1/2” FH zinc plated wood screws provided.
      • Dark Bronze Aluminum thresholds are supplied with dark bronze plated screws

    Drilling: Threshold is drilled in standard factory locations.

    Options (Can be purchased through our office at 845-388-1300): Available with Slip Resistant Textured Finish
