    Features:

    • Moderate traffic, medium-weight door applications
    • Degree of opening is fully adjustable and can be adapted to changing needs
    • Surface mounted
    • Adjustable, slide track arm
    • For use on interior, single-acting doors
    • Maximum opening is 110 degrees
    • A multi-function unit is shipped as a stop; can be converted to a hold open or friction in field. 5012-PKG (adapter kit) included
    • Standard door thickness is 1 3/4"
    • Friction, hold open, stop and multi-functions
    • 3/4" square channel
    • Heavy shock absorber spring provides compression before dead stop
    • Durable slider cam and shock block
    • Complete screw packet with thru-bolts for door, plus wood and machine screws for frame
    • For security areas, Torx® screws are optional
    • Hanging means other than standard butts or offset pivots require special templating and pricing; consult factory
