This Door gaskets seals gaps of up to .25” along the header and jambs of the door, halting the transfer of temperatures between rooms and reducing the passage of undesirable sounds, light, drafts, insects and dirt. This aluminum or bronze door gasket comes with a sponge EPDM. It is built to last, and is fire, smoke, and air infiltration rated. Includes 1 pc 36" and 2 pcs 84".

    Ratings: This door gasket is fire, smoke, and air- infiltration rated.

    Casing Material: Has a strong, surface mounted, durable casing. Clear Anodized Aluminum.

    Seals:  Available with a sponge EPDM. The firm seal presses against the door when closed to completely seal the gap, which improves energy efficiency and halts infiltration of outside elements. 

    Sponge EPDM is comparable to Sponge Neoprene, though it is more Eco Friendly and has better performance in many areas. Specifically, it has great sound control properties, is solvent resistant, and has outstanding heat and weather resistance.

    Dimensions: Metal casing measures .875” in length and the seal extends .25” past the casing. Gasket can seal very slight gaps of .0625” or gaps as wide as .25”.

    Easy Installation: Door Gasket is installed on the face of both doors.
