    The HSS20XGxS773 Excessive Gap Perimeter Solution from Pemko brings fire-rated doors with excessive vertical and head gaps back into specification by combining a triple-fin, high-temperature silicone fire gasket with adhesive backing (S773) with a PVC-encased, high-performing intumescent with adhesive backing (HSS20XG).

    Features: 

    • HSS20XG is a PVC-encased, high performing intumescent with adhesive backing
    • S773 is Pemko’s triple-fin, high-temperature, silicone fire gasket with adhesive backing
    • Seals a gap at the header or along the jambs up to 5/16" for 60 minute openings
    • Seals a gap along the latch edge up to 3/8" for 90-minute openings when used with the XG900SP in the XG90KIT
    • UL Classified for use on openings with head and vertical gaps in excess of those outlined in NFPA 80
    • Used in conjunction with XG900 steel stop extender for gaps over 5/16" (see XG90KIT for kitted product)
