    The wall-mounted 999M electromagnetic door holder from Rixson features universal mounting. Their principal function is maintaining the open position of fire and smoke barrier doors until a remote smoke detector or other switching device activates them.

    • Mounting requirements: 2” x 4” outlet box, 4” square box, 4” octagonal box
    • Wall must be properly reinforced and outlet box adequately fastened
    • Tri-volt (120VAC, 24VAC/DC, 12VDC)
    • 25-40 lbs. holding force
    • For 50-55 lbs. holding force, specify voltage: 120VAC, 24VAC, 24VDC, 12VDC, 240VAC
