This Heavy Duty Door Gasket is fitted with a choice of Silicone, PemkoPrene™or Eco-V™Vinyl Bulb seal which seals the gaps around the door to prevent infiltration of light, dust, drafts, moisture, sound and insects. The door gasket is designed to be applied to the headers only, see below for corresponding jamb piece. Available in three finishes and is custom cut to size.

This Heavy Duty Door Gasket is fitted with a choice of high quality rubber bulb seals which seals the gaps around the door to prevent infiltration of light, dust, sound, drafts, moisture and insects. This door gasket is a heavy duty model, which has thicker extrusions and can handle greater traffic frequency than our standard Rubber Door Gasket models, ideal for commercial applications.

Design: This model is specifically designed for the headers of doors where parallel arm closer brackets or other door hardware will be used.

Casing Dimensions: 1.5" x .25" (1-1/2" x 1/4") x Custom Length.

Seal Choices: Door Gasket has a choice of either a Silicone, PemkoPrene™or Eco-V™Vinyl Seal. Silicone and PemkoPrene™ are recommended for their great overall performance. Eco-V™ is comparable to vinyl, though it is a newer, greener and more environmentally friendly version. It surpasses the quality and durability of standard vinyl, resulting in a longer service life and less need for replacement.

Compliance Details: Air Infiltration, Smoke and Fire Rated, BHMA Certified, UL Listed and GreenGuard Gold Ratings. See product data tab for more details.

Installation: Designed to be surface mounted to the stop of the door. See Installation Guide. Sheet Metal Screws are supplied if drilling is requested above. #10 Countersunk screw holes with flat head machine screws can also be provided if required. Please contact us or call us at 845-388-1300 to specify.

Drilling: Product can be pre-drilled for easy installation if requested, select from options above. This product can be easily drilled on site if necessary.
