This Zero #314 gasket provides excellent head and jamb protection greatly reducing sound, light, draft, and smoke infiltration around the door’s perimeter. The sturdy metal casing and closed cell sponge neoprene seal are fire and smoke performance rated. Available in bronze mill finish, clear, dark bronze, and gold anodized aluminum finishes, and is custom cut to size.

    The 1.00” x .219” casing (see product specs) is available in three anodized aluminum finishes; clear anodized, dark bronze anodized, and gold anodized; as well as in bronze mill finish(see our Understanding Metals and Finishes page).

    The .75” x .125” closed-cell sponge neoprene seal (see product specs) is water resistant and long-lasting, capable of protecting door edges even under heavy traffic conditions.

    A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color over time when exposed to the environment. Anodizing is an electrolytic process that applies a corrosion-resistant coating to the aluminum for longer wear and color maintenance. All Zero's anodized products are anodized to 204 (dipped four times)!
