This extra wide Residential Interlocking Threshold Set with Water Return creates a barrier against water infiltration by latching with an Interlocking J Hook (provided) installed on the under- side of the door. The water return design catches moisture that has passed over the threshold and returns it to the outside by way of a sloped Drain Pan (sold separately). Custom cut to size.

    This Interlocking Residential Threshold set  for inswing or outswing doors is designed to seal the air- gap beneath external doors. This model is useful to completely seal external residential doors in areas of high elevation or homes near the ocean.

    Width: 4.875" (4-7/8")

    Length: Custom cut to size up to 104" (larger sizes can be purchased through our office)

    Finishes: Bronze mill finish (Oil rubbed bronze can also be purchased for an additional 40% of standard bronze pricing)

    Weep Hole: The water return catches any water which may run under the door and return it to the outside through interior weep holes

     

    Drain Pan: A Drain Pan can be purchased separately by selecting link. The pan aids in draining internal water.

    Interlocking Hook: Interlocking J Hook is provided. Designed to be nailed to the underside of the door or installed in the rabbet of the door.

    Additional Interlocking Options: Also compatible with Surface Mounted Interlocking Angles and Under-side of Door Mount Interlocking Angles made by Pemko (Product number begins with a “P”.)

    Installation: Installation guide and screws provided. Screws are colored coordinate with casing. When installing into concrete, anchors are recommended (not included, can be purchased through our office).

    Drilling: Threshold is drilled for easy installation
