This Latching Panic Exit Saddle is designed to be used with a surface applied vertical rod exit device and as a door stop with brush seal at the bottom of doors. The seal is made of high quality fibers that will ensure long-lasting usage. Length is custom cut to size.

    Available Seals: It can be purchased fitted with a tight row of nylon filament. The high quality bristles will remain flexible, even in temperatures as low as -40º and +400º, making it ideal for an external door.

    Finishes: Bronze mill finish (Oil rubbed bronze can also be purchased through our office for an additional 40% of standard bronze pricing)

    Compliance Details: ADA / Wheelchair Compliance, Fire Rated, UL Listed

    Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with saddle. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.
