This Zero #65B Latching Panic Door Threshold is compatible with a surface applied vertical rod exit device. It is fitted with a Neoprene Bulb which compresses against the door to create a solid seal. It is smoke and fire rated and is wheelchair accessible. Custom cut to size.

    Additional Options Include:

    • Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.

    • Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, industrial facilities.
