Markar FM400 is a Heavy-Duty Concealed Leaf Toilet Partition Hinge which is mortised to the frame rabbet and edge of the door to conceal both leaves.  This hinge is designed for door weighing up to 80 lbs. and a maximum width of 3'0". Hinge is Aluminum Alloy with a Clear Bronze finish and is available in standard stock sizes, see below for details and pricing.

    Marker FM400 is a Pin and Barrel Type Continuous Aluminum Concealed Leaf Toilet Partition Hinge.

    • Standard Sizes: 54", 57". Custom sizing available, contact us or call at 845-388-1300 for details and pricing. 
       
    • Applications:  Supports weights up to 80 lbs. 3'0" maximum door width. Non-handed. Ideal for damp or corrosive environments.
       
    • Design: Spring-Loaded Barrel Type Hinge, .25" diameter Stainless Steel pin with Stainless Steel spring mechanism. Torx tip cap to adjust spring tension with split nylon bearings. Gives complete support along the entire length of the partition door which provides a clean, finished look and virtually eliminates the "sight line" of multi-part systems. Fasteners concealed when door is closed. 
       
    • Material: 6063-T6 Aluminum Alloy Hinge.

    • Mounting Hardware: Custom 12-24 x 11/16" S.S. Phillips Flat Head Undercut TEK Screws.
