General Installation Guide
- Thoroughly clean and dry desired area.
- Cut tip off cartridge. Screw nozzle on end and cut tip to desired bead size. Insert cartridge into standard caulk gun.
- Hold at 45° angle and apply by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle to achieve a smooth seal. Apply using a steady, even pressure to completely bridge joints.
- Complete tooling within 5 minutes. Use dry paper towel to remove excess material. Smooth caulk using wet finger or a damp cloth for a clean, neat appearance.
- Sealant normally “skins over” in 5 minutes, dries to touch in 1 hour, and cures & bonds in 24 hours. Allow 7 day cure time to reach maximum strength.
