Threshold has easy maintenance since its smooth top prevents ice and dirt from gathering in the grooves.

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to blend in with saddle. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

Returns:
- This product is custom made and is not returnable.
- We are committed to your satisfaction, as a courtesy, we may, at our discretion accept returns with a minimum 35% restock fee.

- Weatherstripping products will not be considered for returns.
- Item must be in new, re-saleable condition.
