Pemko 154SS Stainless Steel Utility Threshold

This 5" Utility Threshold is made of 11 gauge (.121” thick) Stainless Steel which endures particularly harsh environments. It has easy maintenance since its smooth top prevents mud, ice and snow from gathering in grooves. It is wheelchair compatible and fire proof. Length is custom cut to size.

Note: Threshold is priced based on stock sizes of 36", 48", 72" and 96". An additional fee is added for custom sizes (included in the price above).

Stainless steel is extremely durable and attractive and has excellent resistance to dust, discoloration and corrosion. Contrary to popular belief, stainless steel can stain, however, it does not corrode, rust or stain with water as easily as ordinary steel does. Stainless steel is used both when properties of steel and resistance to corrosion are required. Its low maintenance and familiar luster make it an aesthetically appealing and ideal material for many applications.

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. If the threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

Drilling: Threshold is drilled along the centerline.

- Weatherstripping products will not be considered for returns.
