Barzen, Fixed Door Threshold, 36" Length with Q-Lon Seal

This fixed height door sill for outswing doors has a wood base with an aluminum slope, making this is a low-maintenance sill with no exposed wood. The high dam design restricts water intrusion utilizing a V-shaped,  Q-Lon Foam seal (see product specs) where the bottom of the door meets the threshold. This foam seal eliminates the need for door sweeps or door shoes. Aluminum slope provides superior stability and long-lasting reliability. Sloped aluminum extrusion is grooved to prevent slipping.
