I ordered a custom residential flood barrier shield for a set of French doors that needed an external mount with depth extenders so the barrier would clear the doors. Prior to ordering, I priced barriers from multiple companies and had numerous questions. Trademark was always responsive, had reasonable pricing, and was very patient walking through all of my inquiries. When ordering, I inadvertently sent the wrong measurements so received 2 barriers that overall were not wide enough. However I didn't realize the error until several months later, once I had found a local contractor that would install the barrier frame. Although it had been some time, I contacted Trademark to figure out a solution and they responded right away. While it was my error, Trademark was very understanding and willing to custom cut a new set of barriers, at the correct width, at a discounted price. However, they also offered a more cost effective solution that I hadn't thought of, which was to order a 3rd barrier to make up the missing width. They were also willing to provide support to the installation contractor if needed. The product is sturdy and well made but the outstanding customer service and professionalism is what really stood out for me.
