This Residential Interlocking Threshold Set for Inswing doors creates a barrier against water infiltration by latching with an Interlocking J Hook (provided), installed on the under- side of the in-swing door. Available aluminum mill finish, bronze mill finish, and two anodized finishes to complement room decor. Custom cut to size.

    This Interlocking Residential Threshold set  for inswing doors is designed to seal the air- gap beneath external doors.

    Width: 3.5"

    Height: .625" (5/8")

    Length: Custom cut to size up to 104" (larger sizes can be purchased through our office)

    Finishes: Available in aluminum mill finish, dark bronze anodized, gold anodized and bronze mill finish (Oil rubbed bronze can also be purchased for an additional 40% of standard bronze)

    A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color in time when exposed to the environment. Anodizing is an electrolytic process that applies a corrosion-resistant coating to the aluminum for longer wear and color maintenance.

    Interlocking Hook: Interlocking J Hook is provided. Designed to be nailed to the underside of the door or installed in the rabbet of the door.

    Additional Interlocking Options: Also compatible with Surface Mounted Interlocking Angles and Under-side of Door Mount Interlocking Angles made by Pemko (Product number begins with a “P”.)

    Installation: Installation guide and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended. Threshold is drilled for easy installation.
