NGP 884 Latching Panic Exit Threshold  is designed to be used with a surface applied vertical rod exit device and as a door bumper with a seal at the bottom of doors. The thermal break creates a separation to prevent the transfer of outside temperature and frost through the threshold. It has a full height of .875". Available in two aluminum finishes and a choice of seals. Length is custom cut to size.

    NGP 884 Latching Panic Exit Threshold with Thermal Break Key Features:

    Threshold design is compatible with a surface applied vertical rod exit device.

    Material: Aluminum Alloy 6063, T5 Temper

    Width: 6", 7", or 8". Choose from the options above.

    Height: .875" (7/8")

    Length: Custom cut to size

    Typical Wall Thickness: .109"

    Weight: 1.10 lbs./ft. for 6", 1.31 lbs/ft. for 7", 1.52 lbs./ft. for 8"

    • If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.
    • #10 x 1-1/2” FH zinc plated wood screws provided.
      • Dark Bronze Aluminum thresholds are supplied with dark bronze plated screws

    Drilling: Threshold is drilled in standard factory locations.
