Rixson 117, Door Closer Pivot, Light Duty

The 117 Door Pivot for Door Closer, is a light-duty pivot set designed for interior doors and can support doors with up to 300 lbs. of weight.  This set includes 180 top pivot and is available in a variety of finishes. View the options and details below.

Features:

• Interior doors
• Weight up to 300lbs.
• Door width up to 3'6" (1067mm)
• Handed
• 180 top pivot included; 119 intermediate pivot recommended (sold separately)
• 3/4" (19mm) offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door)
• Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2
• Bottom pivot mortised into floor
• Non-ferrous base material
• Doors will swing 180°, trim permitting
• Doors up to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30" (762mm) of door height warrants another intermediate pivot
• Furnished with wood and machine screws

Optional Features

• Extended spindles available in 1/2" (13mm) increments up to 2" (51mm) longer than standard  (please state on the note)
