Disappointing Service

Although I've used this company in the past with excellent results, they no longer appear to have that high standard of customer focus. In ordering a product that I had previously purchased from them, they no longer offer customization (notching) on their web-site order form. However, their customer service rep did assure me that they could and would notch the product (a door sweep). They consistently failed to do so 3 times, even with a supervisor "inspecting" the third shipment. So now, since I can't do it myself, I suppose I'll have to find someone who can professionally cut and notch the door sweep. Extremely disappointing.

Impossible to find

I called Trademark to see if they would provide us with the neoprene weather strips that come in one of their weatherstrip tracks, without having to purchase the rack. They were responsive to our request, provided a price promptly and we purchased 200 linear feet of the material.Our client is happy and so are we. Trademark is a pleasure to do business with and we will continue to do business with them.
