    This Standard Activar VLFDG vision lite kit is applied with thru-bolt mounting on wooden or metal doors. Vision Lite frame is for up to 1/4" thick double glazing.

    Material: 18 gauge CRS frame.

    Dimensions: Available in stock sizes through our site. Custom sizing can be purchased through our office. Available widths- 5" - 36", Available lengths 4" - 72"

    Available Finishes: Available in all standard Powder Coat Finishes, see our Lites and Louvers Standard Finishes.

    Construction: 1-1/4" trim with radius corners, miltered and welded. Countersunk mounting holes on both sides.

    Door Type: For 1-3/4" door

    Fasteners Included: #8 x 32 flathead phillips head thrubolts with blank heads one side to match finish

    Glass Compatibility: 3/16”- 1/4” glazing to be ordered separately. Glass pocket is 3/4” inch allowing for 2 panes of 1/4” glass and 1/4” spacer plus glazing tape 2 sides. Visible light is 1” under rough opening size. Glass is 1/4” under order size. Air Louvers Glazing to fit this Product: WS, KFRF, PPF. Please note, glazing material not supplied with this frame. Glazing material coming soon to our website, and can be purchased through our office.

    Compliance Details: When installed in properly rated and approved door, ratings up to 3 hours can be achieved, depending on the glazing used. Tested and Listed for UL 10C and Criteria of UBC 7-2 Positive Pressure.

      • As this product is custom made, please allow 3 weeks to ship.
      • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.00. There will be a flat $14.99 shipping and handling fee on orders under $200.00. - Applies to orders shipped within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
      • Shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii: Free Shipping on orders over $400. There will be a flat $49.99 fee on orders under $400.
      • Ships via major carriers, such as UPS or FedEx Ground, with tracking information provided.
         
    • Returns:
      • This door hardware is custom cut and NOT returnable.
      • As a courtesy, we may, at our discretion, accept returns with prior authorization and a 30% restocking fee.
      • Please call or email us to receive an RMA number before returning. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
      • Return shipping is customer's responsibility. A return address will be provided with RMA#.
      • If you are shipping via USPS (not recommended) do NOT require signature as we will not be able to pick up your package from local post office facility.
