This gasket is easily adjustable with the turn of a screw driver, allowing you to keep a proper seal even once the door shifts and warps, due to natural causes. This high quality Adjustable Door Gasket from will effectively seal gaps around your door frame. It is fitted with a Compress-O-Matic solid neoprene seal to provide a proper soundproof barrier. The seal utilizes an extruded bulb and finger design (EBF) which ensures that a proper seal is maintained, even when the door is misaligned, due to poor installation and slight warping of the door. It is rated for smoke and fire, too. This gasket is easily adjustable with just a twist of a screwdriver, allowing you to keep a strong seal even with the natural shifting of doors. It has an adjustable range of .25 inches. Available in two finishes and stock sizes.

This product can be applied with a door closer and with a strike plate when applied with our specialized Strike Plate and Door Closer Mounting Bracket.
