This Zero #73 Interlocking Threshold is both fire and smoke rated. Made of high quality materials it has an upgraded neoprene gasket for extra protection. It is compatible with an out-swing door and ideal for an exterior door. Designed to prevent air, wind and water from infiltrating. Available in Aluminum Mill Finish and is custom cut to size.

    Designed for outswing exterior doors. Threshold spans under doors and has a solid neoprene seal which compresses against a closed door to ensure a superior seal. For additional protection it has an interlocking feature.

    Compliance Details: Positive Pressure Fire Rating, Smoke Rating, ITS Warnock Hersey Listed

    Seal: Solid Neoprene EBF (Extruded Bulb and Finger Design). The bulb has great compression properties while the additional finger aids in sealing extra gaps due to misalignment during installation or natural warping of the door. Solid neoprene will remain effective in extreme weather conditions.

    Interlocking Feature: Designed with an interlocking feature for extra protection. Note, this product needs to be installed in conjunction with a J Interlocking Hook or an Interlocking Angle.

    Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, Expansion Anchors are recommended.

    Drilling: This product is drilled at standard factory locations.

    Additional Options Include: Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, industrial facilities.
