This Zero #Z955 Cam-Lift Mortised Hinge is an ideal replacement for mortised hinge if the door drags. It is great for use with sound-insulating doors utilizing acoustical seals or EMI/RFI Sealing Systems. It is available for right and left handed doors and can support up to 200 lbs.

    This Cam-Lift Mortised Hinge is an ideal replacement for a mortised hinge if the door drags. It is available in right and left handed doors.

    This hinge is constructed from high quality stainless steel with a .134" gauge for long lasting superior performance! It is designed for use with EMI/RFI (Electromagnetic Interference and Radio Frequency Interference) and sound-insulating doors utilizing acoustical seals. The cam action lifts and lowers the doors, with a lift of 3/16", while it swings to greatly improve the sealing characteristics along the door perimeter.

    It can support doors with a maximum weight of 200 lbs. They will not bind door closures when doors are hung within accepted industry standards (Tested with LCN 4041 Series original).
