    This heavy duty fire stop adjustable door gasket is designed to perform consistently all the time. When clearance increases due to natural shifting of the frame and door, all it takes is a few turns of a screwdriver to restore proper protection. This gasket is fitted with a solid neoprene ring seal that utilizes Zero's Compress-O-Matic design to ensure strong protection from sound, moisture, dust and drafts. Its seal has an adjustable range of .3". Plus, it is comprised of a neoprene interior for added protection.

    Intumescent Insert: This sealing system utilizes Zero's INTUMET™ Technology to provide maximum fire and smoke protection. It is rated for 180 minutes for metal doors, when applied to a 5/8" stop. When the intumescent material is heated to high temperatures it expands, preventing the spread of fire. Door Gasket is fitted with FS3003 INTUMET™ material.     Mitered Edge Design: due to the size of this casing, it can be cut with a mitered edge, which provides a stronger seal over straight edges. Another great advantage is that this gasket can be applied as a door stop (and replace your stop molding) or onto an existing stop. We recommend using it as a door stop itself. As a door stop it will run along the length of your door frame to the bottom of your door and will be compatible with a Surface Mounted Automatic Door Bottom.

    This product can be applied with a door closer or a strike plate when applied with our specialized Door Closer or Strike Plate Mounting Bracket.

    Available in three anodized finishes and is custom cut to size.
