This Zero #59FS mortised neoprene door bottom can be used to restore lost fire ratings. It is fitted with a super durable neoprene blade and a strip of Zero's INTUMET™ Technology. It is available in aluminum and is custom cut to size.

    This mortised door bottom can be used to restore lost fire ratings. The aluminum casing is fitted with a durable solid neoprene blade that will not take wear and tear, even after many usages, and ensures a continuously smooth door swing. The seal can fill gaps up to .25 inches.

    The aluminum track is filled with Zero's INTUMET™ Technology for reliable smoke and fire protection. The fire stop material expands when heated to a high degree which significantly halts the spread of fire and smoke. Door Bottom is fitted with FS3003 INTUMET™ material.     The door bottom sweep is fully mortised in a .75" cavity, providing a clean look to the door. Additionally, it has a PSA Self-Adhesive Backing for easy, no screws required installation.

    Note, for maximum protection it is recommended that this product be used in conjunction with a doorway threshold, such as our 5" Utility Threshold #545.
