Residential Fixed Height Thresholds for outswing doors have a solid wood base with an aluminum exterior. The Kerf-in Foam Seal creates a seal at the bottom of door and aluminum slope provides superior stability and long-lasting reliability. Available in aluminum mill finish and three anodized finishes. Custom cut to size.

    This fixed height threshold for outswing doors has a wood base with an aluminum slope, making this is a low-maintenance sill with no exposed wood. The high dam design restricts water intrusion utilizing a V-shaped,  Kerf-in Foam seal (see product specs) where the bottom of the door  meets the threshold. This foam seal eliminates the need for door sweeps or door shoes. 

    Aluminum slope provides superior stability and long-lasting reliability. Sloped aluminum extrusion is grooved to prevent slipping.

    Key Features of this Product:

    Dimensions: 1.00” in height and 4.625” in width. Slope has a 5˚ bevel.

    Compatibility: Residential Sills are designed specifically for the pre-hung door market. Can be used for standard door applications as well. 

    Installation: Threshold is furnished un-drilled and without screws or nails. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

    Available Lengths: This product can be custom cut to size.
