This meeting stile is designed to be applied to a set of double active doors. It is comprised of an aluminum track which is fitted with a solid EPDM Bulb seal and can be applied full mortised or surface mounted. Available in various finishes and is custom cut to size.

This meeting stile is effective in creating a seal to prevent infiltration of drafts, moisture, dust, insects and light. It is comprised of an aluminum track which is fitted with a solid EPDM Bulb seal and can be applied full mortised or surface mounted.

Seal: This Meeting Stile is fitted with an EPDM Bulb Seal. EPDM is comparable to Neoprene Rubber but is more environmentally friendly and has overall better performance than neoprene. EPDM has great soundproofing properties and is resistant to solvents.

The seal compresses against the opposite door and provides a proper seal. It is very flexible in all weather conditions and conforms to surface irregularities.

It can be applied fully mortised or surface mounted to the edge of the door. If applied full mortised, it can fill gaps up to .25”. When applied surface mounted it can fill gaps up to .438”. Note, this model is not compatible on beveled edge pair of doors.

The fully mortised aspect of this meeting stile is great for high end designer doors, luxury hotels and condo units that prefer their doors maintain their clean unobtrusive look.

Installation Guide and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing.
