    About Height Adjustment: Cam adjustment is fully integrated into the mounting plate, and does not require the plate to be loosened during adjustments.

    About Expanding Sockets: The expanding dowels prevent damage and stripping of the 5mm hole and reduces the chance of damaging melamine faces if removal of the plate is necessary. The expanding dowel also makes for more ergonomic installation as the dowel holds the plate in place, freeing up a hand, to align the screwdriver bit to the screw head.
