Zero #58FS Door Gasket, Mortised Fire Stop Casing with .125" Silicone Lips

This Zero #58FS door head and jamb protector (prevents sound, light & air infiltration) comes with PSA backing to be used as a mortised door gasket and is designed to provide extra fire and smoke protection by utilizing intumescent technology. This gasket is constructed from high quality, durable materials that will outlive many usages. Available in three finishes and is custom cut to size.

This door gasket will block sound, light and drafts, additionally it has a high rating for smoke and fire protection. The interior of the casing is filled with intumescent materials which utilize Zero's INTUMET™ Technology. It is fitted with a silicone lip seal. These lips are constructed from Zero's high quality silicone rubber that will outlive constant usage. The seal is designed to fill very small clearances between the door and its frame. It can fill gaps up to .125 inches. The aluminum anodized casing is mortised, lending a clean look to any door. It is applied to the stop with a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA). Available in three finishes and is custom cut to size.
