This Zero #53 door bottom is comprised of an aluminum track that is fully mortised, lending a pleasing and unobtrusive look to the door. It is fitted with a reversible solid neoprene insert that is smoke rated. Can be custom cut to size.

    This smoke rated door bottom is comprised of a high quality aluminum track which is fitted with a reversible solid neoprene seal. The seal can be applied to its smooth side, or installed on the side with small exposed legs. The legs aid when clearances between the door and floor surface are irregular. 

    This durable neoprene seal can fill gaps up to .25 inches. The track is fully mortised and has a width of .75". This product eliminates the exposed mounting screws which lends a clean and unobtrusive look to any door. It is recommended that this product be used in conjunction with a saddle. This product can also be applied as a meeting stile (see our Meeting Stile, Track with Reversible Neoprene Mortised). Can be custom cut to size.
