This Zero #3546 door bottom sweep provides reliable sill protection, while maintaining the look of the door. It is fitted with a triple solid neoprene insert that will effectively minimize infiltration of dust, smoke, drafts and moisture. Aluminum mill finish casing is custom cut to size.

    This mortised door sweep is ideal for designer doors or high end applications, since it provides a reliable sill protection while maintaining the look of the door. It is comprised of a fully mortised aluminum casing which is inserted within a slot of .782" (w) x .24" (h).

    The track is fitted with a triple solid neoprene insert which fills door-to-floor gaps and prevents infiltration of light, drafts, moisture, sound, and insects. The seal is made with high quality material that will last through many usages and ensure smooth operation. The seal remains flexible in all weather conditions and conforms well to surface irregularities.

    For maximum protection, we recommend using this product in conjunction with a Doorway Saddle.
