Threshold caps and interlocking J-Hook (provided) transform a standard saddle threshold into an interlocking threshold that completely halts the transfer of water, dirt, sound, and insects beneath the door. Threshold Caps can also be used alone as a low, narrow interlocking threshold. Available in Aluminum mill finish, bronze mill finish, and two anodized finishes. Custom cut to size.

    This Butt Threshold is designed to, though not limited to, be applied above an existing threshold or floor closer to create an interlocking threshold design.

    Width: 1.125" (1-1/8")

    Height: .3" (5/16")

    Length: Custom cut to size up to 104" (larger sizes can be purchased through our office)

    Finishes: Three aluminum variations and Bronze mill finish (Oil rubbed bronze can also be purchased through our office for an additional 40% of standard bronze pricing.)

    A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color in time when exposed to the environment. Anodizing is an electrolytic process that applies a corrosion-resistant coating to the aluminum for longer wear and color maintenance.

    Interlocking Options:  Compatible with the   Interlocking J Hook (provided), Surface Mounted Interlocking Angles and Under-side of Door Mount Interlocking Angles made by Pemko (Product number begins with a “P”.) Interlocking hooks sold separately

    Installation: Installation guide and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing. When installing into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

    Drilling: Threshold is drilled for easy installation
