This Zero #452A door bottom seal is designed to be applied to garage and overhead doors. Product is composed of a quality aluminum housing and high quality solid neoprene seal that can fill gaps up to 1.25 inches. It is smoke rated, too. Can be custom cut to size.

    This door bottom creates an effective barrier against drafts, moisture, dust and insects. It is designed to be applied to garage and overhead doors. It is comprised of an aluminum track which is fitted with a solid neoprene seal. 

    The seal is made from high quality durable material which will remain flexible in all weathers and will outlive many usages [Neoprene is more durable and higher grade rubber that lasts longer in comparison to the standard vinyl seals sold with many door bottoms]. The track has a width of 1.438" and can fill gaps up to 1.25 inches. It is applied to the bottom of the door, eliminating the need for unsightly mounting screws. It is smoke rated, too. Can be used in conjunction with a door saddle.
