It is high sound rated, prevents air infiltration and is smoke and fire rated. It can be easily adjusted with a screwdriver if natural shifting of the door frame occurs.     This is one of our highest quality door gaskets. Adjustable Solid Neoprene Seal with a Heavy Duty Aluminum casing. Adjusting Screws are tapped and drilled (not stripped) allowing it to be used as the door stop itself. 

    Adjustable: A heavy duty adjustable door gasketing is designed to give a consistent seal at all times. When clearance increases with natural shifting, all it takes is a few turns of a screwdriver to restore a proper seal. It has an adjustable range of .3 inches.

    Seal: It is fitted with a high quality solid neoprene seal and a neoprene interior for added protection. Solid neoprene seal is water and weatherproof and remains flexible in extreme temperatures. It has strong compression properties and will retain its shape through many usages. (It is also available with INTUMET™ Fire Stop feature, see our Adjustable Neoprene Sealing System FS).

    Application: Designed to be installed as a stop on doors up to 36" x 84", they can be easily trimmed in the field. Edges are mitered to create a full set.

    Compliance: Fire Rated ULC10c, Smoke and Draft Control, Air Infiltration, Sound Rated. 20 min fire rating when applied as a stop, 180 min when applied to a stop, BHMA Certified.

    Heavy Duty: This particular door gasket is one of our most popular products in high sound protection areas as in recording studios, hotels, etc.

    Strike Mounting Bracket: This product can be applied with a door closer or a strike plate when applied with our specialized Door Closer or Strike Plate Mounting Bracket.

    Installation: Installation instructions and screws included. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing.
